WHAT TYPE OF RESTAURANT ARE YOU?
NOUR is a hatted restaurant that presents Lebanese flavours in a fresh and exciting way.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Located on Crown Street in Surry Hills, Sydney, 2010.
IS NOUR HALAL?
NOUR is not halal-certified, however, our premium meats come from a halal-certified supplier. Please note we have alcohol in the venue.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE OR COELIAC OPTIONS?
We can cater for most dietary requirements. Please advise our team at the time of booking.
DO YOU OFFER TAKE-AWAY?
We do not offer any takeaway at NOUR.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
We do accept walk-ins, however, we do not allocate any dedicated walk-in section, it is based on table availability at the time.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST PARKING?
We best advise customers to make the most of street parking around the Crown Street area. Please note, there is no multiple storey car park close by.
ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
NOUR is wheelchair accessible and has access to accessible bathrooms.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME IN YOUR RESTAURANT?
Children are always welcome at ESCA and we can provide highchairs on request. At NOUR, we do not have any dedicated children’s menus. Children aged between 3 – 12 years are not required to dine from the banquet menu in any large group.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We do not have a dress code policy at NOUR. Most guests are in either smart or smart casual attire.
DO YOU ACCEPT GOOD FOOD OR GOURMET TRAVELLER GIFT CARDS?
NOUR only accepts the White Good Food gift card.
DO YOU HAVE SET MENUS?
We have two banquet menus available, one valued at $89 PP and a more premium menu at $119 PP
DO YOU OFFER DRINKS PACKAGES?
Yes, we have beverage packages available. Please speak to our reservations team for pricing and inclusions.
CAN YOU BYO?
NOUR has a fully licensed bar and does not allow BYO.
CAN I BRING BALLOONS, FLOWERS OR DECORATIONS TO MY BOOKING OR EVENT?
Yes, we are certainly able to accommodate guests bringing along their own decorations, we only ask if the decorations are small to ensure we have enough room on the table to serve the food.
DO YOU SELL CAKES?
We do not have celebration cakes to purchase, however, guests are welcome to bring in their own cake. Please note a cakeage fee of $5 PP applies. However, the cakeage fee is waived if the group dines from one of the banquet menus.
DO YOU HAVE MULTIMEDIA FOR CORPORATE BOOKINGS?
Yes, there is a TV screen in the semi-private dining room which can be used upon request.
