Nour's woodfired pita takes delicious to whole new levels. This fluffy bread is baked in our woodfired oven and served fresh each day.

Chef @paul_farag has spent lots of time getting into the art of pita making and seems to have mastered it. He is now looking to learn the other 15 types of Middle Eastern breads that exist.

One of our new brunch dishes at Nour is the Sumac cured ocean trout with pickled cucumber and cacik.

Cacik (JAH'- juck) is a Middle Eastern version of Tzatziki consisting of salted strained yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, and herbs such as dill, mint, parsley and thyme.

Skewers at Nour There's always a new and interest Skewers at Nour

There's always a new and interesting skewer on the menu at Nour. This is an old favourite, our smoked duck skewer with a tamarind glaze and okra. Tamarind is a pod-like fruit known in Arabic as Tamr Henid and is used in jams, juices, drink, sorbets and savoury dishes.
