19 Jan Guest Chef Series – Shane Delia
Nour are kicking off our Middle Eastern inspired Guest Chef series with an appearance from Shane Delia of Melbourne’s one hatted Maha restaurant. The Guest Chef series will run over five months, collaborating with some of Australia’s most renowned Middle Eastern chefs including Ben Williamson of Brisbane’s two hatted Gerard’s Bistro in March and will finish with a Sydney All Stars night which will be a night to remember!
Nour’s Executive chef, Roy Ner is working closely with Shane Delia to curate a mouth watering menu, celebrating the ingredients and flavours of both Nour and Maha’s menus. The menu for the evening will push the boundaries of tradition by offering an unrestricted Middle Eastern feast for diners. With seven delectable courses for only $80 ($130 with matching wines) and limited seating tickets are selling fast.
The menu for our first event will showcase Middle Eastern cooking to its full potential, letting you experience two restaurants each championing Modern Middle Eastern food in one meal.
Early sitting starts at 5pm and late sitting starts at 8pm. Tickets are available from Open Table.
