After a hugely successful first in our Guest Chef series last month, Nour are proud to announce the next installment!

We cannot wait to welcome Ben Williamson of Brisbane’s two hatted Gerard’s Bistro on March 20th. Ben is one of the elites of the restaurant scene in Brisbane for his widely-recognised work with Cha Cha Char and Urbane. Gerard’s features a menu with great influences from some of the most flavourful cuisines in Southern Europe, Northern Africa, and the Middle East.

Nour’s Executive chef, Roy Ner is busily planning with Ben to create delights of which you’ve never seen before with Nour contributing dishes made for this night only. Ben will bring his two-hatted knowledge to the table with wagyu cheek and spiced cauliflower getting a Gerard’s make over for the evening. With degustation costing only $80 ($130 with matching wines) the limited seating tickets are selling fast.

The menu for our next event will showcase Middle Eastern cooking to its full potential, letting you experience two restaurants each championing Modern Middle Eastern food in one meal.

Early sitting starts at 5pm and late sitting starts at 8pm. Tickets are available from Open Table.
